Make and Fly Cheap RC Airplanes

I am a massive fan of all flying things, especially birds. I am constantly pursuing the imitatation of flight on a budget.
I built a remote-controlled aircraft adhering to the bare minimum for sustained flight and control.
I dare to call this one of the most affordable remote-controlled aircraft ever built; the total cost is approximately the price of a brushless motor and a Lithium-Polymer battery. The control signals are transmitted using RF modules-- certainly not a reliable way to control the plane, but it gets the job done.

Make Chocolate from Scratch

I like chocolate, mainly because of its chemical richness.
Unlike vanilla, chocolate's taste does not come from a single molecule. The flavor, unlocked by fermentation and roasting, comes from a symphony of many molecules.
I learned how to make chocolate from scratch and it is well orth the effort.

Despite trying on my own, I could not master the piano. I know in my heart I am destined to play it, and I will work towards that goal. For now, here is my GarageBand experiment from many years ago, Her. I believe despair is a great sin; overcome the cringe phase.
